2 Mu$lims held for serving tea before spitting in tea-making pot in Dehradun

Dehradun, 09 October: The Dehradun police has arrested two absconding Muslim men for allegedly serving tea before spitting in pot to the customers and tourists on Wednesday.

Actually, last October 8, Himanshu Bishnoi’s son Sanjay Bishnoi resident of house number 310 Upper Nehru village police station Raipur Dehradun provided an alleged video to the police in Kotwali Mussoorie, which he made near Library Chowk while visiting Mussoorie a few days ago. In the video, two Muslim men are selling tea, Maggi and other goods in a street near Library Chowk. One of them was seen repeatedly spitting in the tea pot before making tea. In this regard, on the complaint of Himanshu Bishnoi, the police registered a case against the two youths.

It is alleged that the said youths have tried to incite the religious sentiments by messing with people’s health. In view of the seriousness of the incident, SSP Dehradun Ajay Singh formed a team directing the in-charge Inspector Mussoorie for the quick arrest of the accused.

Both accused Naushad son of Sher Ali and Hasan Ali son of Sher Ali were natives of Jamsher Colony, Khatauli District, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Both of them lived in Gaddi Khana Kitabghar Mussoorie Dehradun. Both were absconding from Mussoorie after the incident. Finally, the police arrested both the accused from near Asharodi on Wednesday. The arrested accused are being interrogated in detail regarding the incident.
