SRINAGAR, 05 APRIL: Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh on Tuesday said 42 terrorists were killed in the last three months while 32 foreign terrorists were killed in 2021.
He said that the police would continue to work to strengthen peace in Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking to reporters after paying tributes to a CRPF jawan who was martyred in a terrorist attack in Srinagar on Monday, the DGP said that the recent terrorist attacks on non-local laborers and CRPF personnel in the Kashmir Valley are a clear expression of panic and madness.
The DGP said that everyone including the civilized society has condemned these attacks. We also condemn these attacks. He said that necessary action would be taken against the perpetrators of these attacks.
The police chief said that legal action is being taken against the over ground worker (OGW). He said 42 terrorists have been killed in the last three months while 32 foreign terrorists were killed in 2021. He said that the police would continue to work to strengthen peace in Jammu and Kashmir.
