Kabul, 09 August: In the last 24 hours, 579 Taliban terrorists have been killed by Afghan security forces in different provinces of Afghanistan.
On behalf of the Afghan Defense Ministry, it has been said that Afghan security forces have conducted operations in Nangarhar, Khost, Logar, Paktia, Kandahar, Herat, Farah, Kandahar, Jozjan, Samgan, Helmand, Takhar, Kunduz, Panjshir provinces in the last 24 hours. 579 Taliban terrorists have been killed. Also, 161 other Taliban militants have been injured during this period.
In recent days, the conflict between the Taliban and the security forces in Afghanistan has intensified. The Taliban is rapidly capturing various provinces according to its strategy. So far, a total of 5,183 people have been damaged in Taliban attacks, including those killed and injured. Most of the attacks were done in the month of last May.
