Lucknow: Akshaj Agarwal, an eight year old Noida resident based in Short Hills, New Jersey, US, is a celebrity now-a-days among his friends and family members. Â
There is enough reason for this.
US President Joe Biden has replied to Akshaj’s letter in which he had raised issues related with environment.
“Akshaj had written a letter to US President Joe Biden taking up environment issues,” said DN Agarwal, former District Judge, who is Akshaj’s grandfather.
Agarwal is residing at Elite Homz, Sector -77, Noida.
“In his reply, the US President not only appreciated Akshaj but also assured that environment will remain on top priority of the US government,” added Agarwal.
“From the first day of our administration we have been taking big steps to keep our environment safe and sustainable and to combat climate crisis,” wrote the US President in his reply to Akshaj.
“It is important that you continue to use your voice to speak on this issue. Because of students like you, I am more confident than ever in our country’s ability to overcome any challenge we face. Always remember- when you make your voice heard, adults listen,” replied the US President in his letter.
US President also wished good luck to Akshaj.
