Bulandshahr, 29 May: Police nabbed Sahil Khan, the guy responsible for the horrible murder of a 16-year-old girl in the nation’s capital, on Monday. CCTV footage from Rohini’s Shahbad Dairy neighbourhood shows him slashing a youngster many times.
He was apprehended in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The 20-year-old worked as a fridge-AC repair mechanic. Sahil and the juvenile victim apparently had a connection and argued the day before the heinous murder.
Sahil accosted the 16-year-old as she was walking to her friend’s son’s birthday party and stabbed her many times. The knife was even lodged in the victim’s head. Following that, Sahil grabbed up a nearby boulder and struck her skull five times. A FIR under Section 302 of the IPC was filed against Sahil at PS Shahbad Dairy.
Brutal murder of girl, people remained mute spectators in Delhi
A case of brutal murder has come to the fore in the capital, Delhi. A 16-year-old girl was killed by a man (Sahil) by stabbing her with a knife more than 40 times in the Shahabad Dairy area of the Outer North district. He didn’t stop there but hit her several times with a stone. The disturbing video of this incident is going viral.
When Sahil was executing the incident, many people were passing by, but no one tried to save the girl even after hearing her screams. The video is 1.26 minutes long. Sahil has been accused of murder. According to the police, Sahil and the girl were friends, but a fight broke out between the two on Sunday night.
The police said on Monday that on Sunday evening, when the girl was going to the birthday party of her friend Neetu’s son, Sahil stopped her, attacked her with a knife, and inflicted about 40 stabs. Then crushed with a stone. Presently, the accused, Sahil, is absconding. The police are searching for him.
An FIR has been registered against the accused under Section 302 of the IPC at Shahbad Dairy police station. Regarding this incident, Delhi Commission for Women’s Chairperson Swati Maliwal also tweeted, “In Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy, a minor innocent doll was stabbed and then crushed with a stone. The spirits of the poor in Delhi are high. Issuing notice to the police. All limits have been crossed. I have never seen anything more horrifying than this in my career of so many years.
On the other hand, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that “a minor girl was brutally murdered openly in Delhi. This is very sad and unfortunate. The criminals have become fearless; there is no fear of the police. LG sir, law and order are your responsibility; do something. The safety of the people of Delhi is of paramount importance.”
