CM Yogi takes stock of Shri Ram Temple construction in Ayodhya

Ayodhya, 19 Aug: Chief Minister Yogi arrived at the Ram Katha Park helipad in Ayodhya on Saturday morning.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ayodhya on Saturday to pay homage to Mahant Ramchandra Paramhans Das. Also, Yogi took stock of Shri Ram temple construction.

Following that, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath went to the ‘samadhi’ of Mahant Shri Ramchandra Paramhans Das for an homage and wreath-laying ceremony.

Following that, the Chief Minister visited the Ram Janmabhoomi complex to oversee temple construction activity, and he subsequently participated in various programmes.

Following a two-hour visit at Ayodhya, CM Yogi will leave for Lucknow. According to District Magistrate Nitish Kumar, all preparations for the Chief Minister’s visit were finished. The Chief Minister’s security was likewise meticulously planned.

CM Yogi has a deep connection with Digambar Akhara. Three generations of Gorakshpeeth have been associated with this place. CM’s Guru Avaidyanath and Paramhans had a lot of intimacy. The CM is also following the tradition of his generation.

The Digambar Akhara has also been the main center of the Ram Mandir movement. The first meeting of the Ram Mandir movement was held in this arena. In that, a committee was also formed for the construction of Ram temple, whose chairman was Mahant Avaidyanath, who was the mentor of CM Yogi.

In 1989, Mahant Ramchandra Das Paramhans was elected the first president of the Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas. Only after this the temple movement got a new direction.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ayodhya on Saturday on a one-day visit where he will participate in several programs.

Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust was also present with him on this occasion.
