Dalai Lama to attend Kalachakra fair of Bodhgaya in Bihar

Patna, 15 November: Buddhist religious guru Dalai Lama will participate in the Kalachakra Mela to be held in Bodhgaya from December 15. They will stay in Bodhgaya for about a month.

During this time, Dalai Lama will preach at Kalachakra Ground.

More than 60 thousand Buddhist devotees from all over the world will participate in this sermon.

Here, in view of the arrival of Dalai Lama in the month of December, the district administration has intensified preparations. Gaya DM Dr Tyagaraj SM and SSP Ashish Bharti visited Bodhgaya. Had a meeting with the caretaker at the Tibetan Monastery located in Bodh Gaya and was given many necessary instructions.

In this regard, District Magistrate Tyag Rajan SM said that the arrival of Buddhist religious guru Dalai Lama is possible in the month of December. They will stay in Bodh Gaya. Dalai Lama preaches at Kalachakra ground, in which 50 to 60 thousand devotees from India and abroad are expected to come. Apart from this, Mahasagha program is scheduled at Mahabodhi Temple, Cultural Center Bodhgaya.

He apprised that special guests from many states and countries will participate in it. Apart from this, Dalai Lama also goes to visit Mahabodhi Temple during his stay. In such a situation, the security system will remain completely strong. In view of this, a meeting was held in the Tibetan Ministry.
