Varanasi, 16 November: The last date of application for admission in free coaching for the Civil Services (Preliminary and Main) Examination-2023-24 under the Dr Ambedkar Center of Excellence (DACE) established in Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has been extended till November 20. Earlier this date was till November 15 only.
Assistant Registrar of Dr. Ambedkar Center of Excellence, Ramesh Nigam, said on Thursday that applications have been invited from Scheduled Caste (SC) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates for admission for free coaching. There are a total of 100 seats, out of which 70 percent seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes and 30 percent seats are reserved for Other Backward Classes. Out of total 100 seats, 30 percent seats are reserved for women candidates.
Nigam apprised that the entrance examination fee is fixed at Rs 200/-. Eligible candidates should visit the university portal https://www.bhu.ac.in/dace for detailed information to apply for admission.
He told that eligible candidates should apply on the above mentioned portal of the university before time. The scheduled date of entrance examination will be announced soon.
