The film ‘Tiger-3’, starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, chances of earning Rs 300 crore domestically have reduced significantly, but it has crossed the Rs 400 mark in worldwide earnings.
It has been nine days since Salman Khan’s film Tiger-3 was released. There has been a big decline in its total revenue in the second week. Released on Diwali, November 12, this film made the lowest box office collection on the ninth day.
According to industry tracker Sachnilk, the film has collected only Rs 6.5 crore on its ninth day across all languages in India. Despite a strong opening in the first week, the collection of this action film has fallen significantly at the box office.
The total domestic collection of this film has been Rs 236 crore. Looking at the current figures, the film can reach close to Rs 250 crores, but it seems very difficult to reach the figure of Rs 300 crores.
If we look at the worldwide earning figures of the film ‘Tiger-3’, the film has managed to earn Rs 400 crores. In comparison, ‘Pathan’ of Yash Raj Films’ spy universe had earned more than Rs 500 crore in the country.
The earnings of the film Tiger-3 slowed down after the first weekend itself. Therefore now there is less possibility of much increase in this collection. The film has crossed the 200 crore mark and it looks like it will easily cross the 250 crore mark, making it one of the hit films of this year.
