Lucknow, 09 December: Sahara Hospital, which has its own identity in Lucknow, has been bought by Crosslay Remedies. Around Rs 940 crore has been paid to purchase Sahara Hospital.

It is worth mentioning that its agreement was signed only a few months ago, but now Crosslay Remedies has completely taken over the hospital.

Crosslay Remedies Limited, operating from Vikas Marg, New Delhi, has been running big hospitals in the country. Max Medical Center in Noida and Max Super Hospital in Vaishali are operated by Crossley Remedies.

Max Group was trying for a long time to include Sahara Hospital in Lucknow in its list. For this, Max Group, through its subsidiary Crossley Remedies, held meetings with the owners of the Sahara family in which late Subrata Roy had a key role.

facilities will expand

Dr M. Kumar, associated with Sahara Hospital, said that Sahara Hospital has been providing unmatched medical services in itself. Various facilities including surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, neurology, nephrology, surgical oncology, medical oncology, cardiology, physiotherapy and sports medicine are available here.

He added further, after coming into the hands of Max Group, Sahara Hospital will definitely improve in medical services. If the facilities in the hospital are expanded, the team of doctors will be able to provide even better health services to the patients.
