On the basis of a complaint filed by Prithvipal’s daughter Anjali, the police filed a FIR against the liquor store employees. They said the accused admitted to adulterating the booze supplied for sale.

The police named the apprehended suspects as manager Raj Kumar and salesmen Tinkle, Ravi, and Krishna Jaiswal, who were all brought before a court and taken into jail.
