Lucknow, November 04: The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday released the holiday list for the year 2020. State employees will get more holiday opportunities next year than this year.
In fact, in 2019, many festivals fell on Sunday, due to which the holidays of employees were reduced. The list released by the government today shows that most of the festivals in the year 2020 are falling on Friday or Monday. This will give more leave opportunities to the state employees next year.
The number of public holidays is 24 in the list of holidays issued by the government. The number of unrestricted holidays is 29.
