Etawah, January 18: The Samajwadi Party (SP) national general secretary Shivpal Singh Yadav reached the assembly constituency Jaswantnagar on Thursday and fiercely targeted BSP chief Mayawati, calling her the goddess of wealth.
He justified the incident of firing on kar sevaks in Ayodhya during the tenure of Mulayam government and said that the government had to take this decision to protect the court order and the Constitution.
SP leader Shivpal Singh Yadav, while talking to scribes, fiercely targeted BSP supremo Mayawati and Bharatiya Janata Party.
He said that BSP supremo Mayawati is the daughter of wealth and not of Dalits. He said that Mayawati has become the goddess of wealth by looting the Dalits.
Justifying the incident of firing on kar sevaks (religious volunteers) in Ayodhya during the Mulayam government, he said that at that time the government had decided to order firing to protect the court’s decision and the Constitution.
He said that at that time the court had ordered status quo and to follow the same order, the government had decided to open fire on the kar sevaks.
