Delhi, May 13: Internet search engine Google on Monday once again encouraged voters to vote through voter finger doodles in the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections. In this Google doodle, the ink applied on the index finger of the hand after voting has been shown.
In the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections, voting is going on on 96 seats in 9 states and one union territory. In the previous three phases of voting, Google had inspired voters to cast their votes through doodles.
According to the elections data of Election Commission of India, low turnout of voters in an ongoing Lok Sabha elections across the country is the biggest concern for the poll authority.
State poll chiefs are taking special measures to motivate voters to step out of their houses to participate in the festival of democracy.
