Rajkumar Rao starrer ‘Srikanth’ BO collection falls in 2nd week

It has been a week since the release of Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao starrer ‘Srikanth’. Now the total collection of this film is Rs 19.20 crore. Through this film, the life journey of blind businessman Srikanth Bolla has been shown on the big screen. This biopic was released nationwide on May 10.

Directed by Rajkumar Hiranandani, ‘Srikanth’ is the biopic of Srikanth Bolla, a visually impaired businessman and founder of Bolant Industries. The inspiring journey of Srikanth, who founded a company worth Rs 500 crore at the age of 32, is seen in this film. Rajkumar Rao played the lead role of Srikanth Bolla in this film.

Rajkumar Rao’s strong acting in this film is being appreciated a lot. The film had a slow start, but the film’s collection increased over the weekend. After this it was seen that there was a decline in the collection again.

According to the trend report of Sacnilk, ‘Srikanth’ collected Rs 2.25 crore on the first day, Rs 4.2 crore on the second day, Rs 5.25 crore on the third day, Rs 1.65 crore on the fourth day and Rs 1.6 crore on the fifth day. Earned Rs 1.5 crore on the sixth day and Rs 1.4 crore on the seventh day. The film has earned Rs 1.35 crore on the second Friday. Now the total collection of this film is Rs 19.20 crore. The budget of the film is Rs 40 crore.

Srikanth is a businessman and owner of Bolant Industries. After completing his secondary education, he wanted to take admission in IIT for further studies in engineering, but due to visual impairment, IIT refused to give him admission. Undeterred by this, he filed a case against the education system and won the case within six months and obtained further education.

Srikanth Bolla is the first blind student to study Science Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Later returning to India, he established Bolant Industries in Hyderabad.
