Lucknow, July 02: Four additional counters of OPD hospital revolving fund (HRF) have been made functional on the second floor of the new OPD of Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS).
The institute’s director Professor R.K. Dhiman inaugurated the counters by cutting the ribbon. At these counters, the patient’s family can get the prescription of the medicines prescribed by the doctor in the OPD and deposit the money. This will enable the patients to get medicines easily and quickly in the OPD HRF.
With the opening of this additional counter, the time taken to get medicines during peak hours can be reduced and the crowd can also be managed.
On this occasion, the institute’s Chief Medical Superintendent Professor Sanjay Dhiraj, Medical Superintendent Professor VK Paliwal, Chairman, HRF, Professor Aditya Kapoor and Senior Store Purchase Officer Abhay Mehrotra were also present.
