BJP to hold organisational polls after state working committee meeting in UP

Lucknow, July 11: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will start organisational elections after the state working committee meeting to be held on July 14 at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Law University in Lucknow. The state working committee meeting will be inaugurated by BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda on July 14.

BJP’s upcoming programmes and membership drive will be discussed in the state working committee itself. After the membership drive, mandal and district elections will be held.

A meeting regarding the preparation of the state working committee was organised at the state headquarters of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday. In the meeting, major points like preparation of the event and welcoming the representatives and traffic were discussed.

Apart from regional president Kamlesh Mishra and metropolitan president Kamlesh Mishra, people’s representatives and prominent BJP workers of the region and Lucknow metropolis were present in the preparatory meeting. Big hoardings and banners will be put up in the entire city for the meeting of the state working committee in Lucknow. MLAs and BJP leaders have been asked to put up hoardings in the cities. Big hoardings will be put up on the way to the event venue, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Law University.

BJP state vice-president Braj Bahadur, while addressing the officials, said that the state working committee is being held in Lucknow. It is the responsibility of all of us to ensure that this event is successfully completed. Therefore, whoever is given whatever responsibility, he has to discharge it properly.

tate general secretary Govind Narayan Shukla, regional president Kamlesh Mishra, city president Anand Dwivedi, MLC Mukesh Sharma and regional general secretary Vinay Pratap Singh, along with all the MLAs of Lucknow city and a large number of councilors were present in the meeting.
