New Delhi, November 28: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who won the by-election from Wayanad parliamentary constituency in Kerala, took oath as a Lok Sabha member on Thursday. After taking the oath, brother Rahul Gandhi hugged Priyanka.
Priyanka and Ravindra Chavan, who was elected from Nanded, took oath as soon as the proceedings of the Lok Sabha began. Priyanka took oath in Hindi and Ravindra in Marathi.
After both of them took oath, as soon as the Question Hour started, the opposition started creating a ruckus on the issue of Sambhal and Adani. After this, the proceedings of the House were adjourned till 12:00 pm.
