Noida, 02 December: Former IAS Mohammad Mustafa’s daughter Ridha (24) committed suicide by jumping from the 29th floor in JP Wishtown Society located in Sector 128, Noida.
On receiving information about the case, Sector 126 police station took the body in custody and sent it for post-mortem. At present the police is investigating the matter. Mohammad Mustafa has been a famous IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh.
Ridha Mustafa lived with her family in JP Wishtown Society located in Sector 128, Noida. It is being told that her father is former IAS officer of UP cadre Mohammad Mustafa. On Sunday, Ridha committed suicide by jumping from the flat located on the 29th floor of the society. After the incident, a large number of people gathered at the spot. The guards of the society immediately informed the Sector-126 police station about this incident.
The deceased’s father Mohammad Mustafa had taken voluntary retirement this year. In this case, police officials say that the incident is being investigated thoroughly and the reasons for the suicide are being ascertained. For investigation, the police team is examining the footage of all the CCTV cameras installed around the society and the tower.
Police say that Ridha Mustafa was under stress for a long time. Mohammad Mustafa is an officer of the 1995 batch. He had taken voluntary retirement in June this year.
