Lucknow, 17 February: The Sushant Golf City Police has arrested Avinash Singh, a man who blackmailed a girl in the name of making the photo and videos viral. The youth is also accused of stalking the girl on the road and molesting her while she was going to school and coaching.
The victim girl had reached Sushant Golf City police station two days ago with a complaint of molestation on the way to school and coaching. At the police station, the girl told her ordeal to Inspector Anjani Kumar Mishra.
Girl told that Avinash Singh threatened to make the photo and videos viral and during this time she gave ten thousand rupees to Avinash on January 26. After this, she again gave 15 thousand rupees on February 10. After this, when Avinash demanded more money from her, she got fed up and went to the police station to complain about him. Along with Avinash, his friend Adesh Shukla also used to molest her on the way.
On Monday, Inspector Anjani Kumar Mishra of Sushant Golf City Police Station said that Arjunganj resident Avinash Singh has been arrested. After the arrest, the police is now looking for Avinash’s partner Aadesh. Action is being taken against Avinash under various sections and he is being sent to jail.
