Complete pending land acquisition and related works by March 15, instructs CM Yogi during review meeting in Lucknow

Lucknow, March 1: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed the development projects related to the central and state government on Saturday. Along with senior officials of the government, senior officials including District Magistrates of various districts also participated in the meeting through video conferencing.

Chief Minister said that the pending land acquisition and compensation distribution action in various ongoing projects should be completed by March 15.

Chief Minister Yogi said that the action of land acquisition and compensation distribution in the development projects of the central and state government running in various districts should be completed by March 15.

Chief Minister said that timeliness of development projects related to public importance is necessary. These have a positive impact on the lives of the common people along with employment generation.

Yogi said that delay in the project requires cost revision, which adversely affects the revenue.

He said that the district administration should regularly review land acquisition/compensation distribution for development projects and establish a dialogue with the affected farmers/families.

CM instructed that District Magistrates should review it every week and the Commissioner every 15 days and send a note informing the Chief Minister’s Office, Chief Secretary’s Office and senior officials of the concerned departments.

The Chief Minister said that the common citizen wants development. Make them aware of the good results of development. Information about the circle rate for compensation should be provided to him in advance.

Yog asked officers that nodal officers should definitely be deployed in the projects that have started. Also, the quality and timeliness of the work should be taken care of.

Chief Minister Yogi said that the process of construction of 350-bed hospital by ESIC in Greater Noida and 100-bed hospital in Gorakhpur should be taken forward in a timely manner. Immediate solution should also be found to the problems coming in this. The construction of the hospital in Greno will create about one thousand direct and two-three thousand indirect jobs.

He said that people who create obstacles in development works should be identified and dealt with strictly.

Chief Minister said that he also took information about many development works related to Varanasi and directed to complete these works in a time bound manner.

Yogi Adityanath said that development and employment generation is our goal. For this, work on the concept of zero pendency.
