Prayagraj, March 04: The Allahabad High Court has sought explanation from Additional Sessions Judge-Special Judge POCSO ( Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) Padrauna Kushinagar that he rejected the petitioner’s bail application, while the bail of the co-accused was already approved.
In the statement of the victim 15-year-old minor girl, both are accused of throwing chemical and injuring her. The next hearing of the application will be on March 7. This order has been given by Justice Sameer Jain while hearing Mukesh’s bail application.
Petitioner advocate Varun Mishra said that the 15-year-old girl has burn injuries from chemicals. In his statement, both are accused of throwing chemicals. The court had granted bail to co-accused Suraj Rajbhar and rejected the petitioner’s bail application on 22 November 24. The court has sought explanation from the Additional Sessions Judge for giving such an order.
