Now citizens above 18 years to be able to get vaccination against Covid-19

New Delhi, 19 April: In the midst of rising of cases of coronavirus disease, now all citizens above 18 years of age will be able to get corona vaccine. From May 1, the central government has decided to provide a vaccine against Covid-19 to all people above 18 years of age.

The fourth phase of vaccination will start from May 1 with the aim of getting more and more people vaccinated.

On Monday, the Prime Minister spoke to all doctors and pharmaceutical companies regarding vaccination and hospital system. In this meeting, it has been decided to take the benefit of vaccination to as many people as possible. Opposition parties have been demanding that vaccination be started for all.

It is noteworthy that in the first phase of vaccination, the vaccination of the doctor and the front line worker was started from January 16. In the second phase all people above 60 years were vaccinated and in the third phase all the people up to 45 years were started to be vaccinated.
