Lucknow, 01 May: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s strategy for the infected recovering in home isolation is proving to be effective in the fight against Covid-19.

On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi, necessary advice is being given to such people, who were tested positive, over phone from the Integrated Control Command Centre (ICCC) and Rapid Response Team (RRT) is also contacting them.

In the last three days, under the massive campaign in 75 districts, medical kits have been delivered to more than two and a half lakh infected people who are recovering in home isolation.

The Chief Minister has instructed to give one week medical kit to the infected living in home isolation and contact them through ICCC. The local district administration is swiftly acting upon to the instructions of the Chief Minister and is taking special care of the infected people living in home isolation.

Through the ICCC in districts, information about medicines, beds, oxygen and hospitals of Corona infected are being obtained.

Along with this, an ambulance is being arranged to get them admitted to medicine and hospitals while solving the problems. Apart from this, the infected living in home isolation is being contacted by the RRT team.

Medical kits delivered to 2, 12,430 people in 58 districts

A spokesman of the government said that more than two and a quarter lakh medical kits have been delivered to the Covid positive people living in home isolation by the special department of health, medical and family welfare in all the 75 districts of the state.

According to the data of the department, medical kits have been delivered to the homes of 2, 12,430 people in 58 districts. This includes 10,184 in Agra division, 1510 in Aligarh division, 7535 in Bareilly division, 3585 in Chitrakoot division, 5097 in Devipatan division, 14292 in Jhansi division, 18,682 in Kanpur division, 77983 in Lucknow division, 17,399 in Meerut division, 11417 in Moradabad division Medical kits have been delivered to 4955 people in Vindhyachal division, 7356 in Saharanpur division, 26661 in Varanasi division, 1476 in Fatehpur district, 1296 in Kaushambi district, 3002 in Azamgarh district.

Apart from this, by running a large-scale campaign in Basti, Gorakhpur and Faizabad divisions, medical department teams are distributing medical kits to home isolate patients.
