Lucknow, 13 May: Second wave of the global pandemic novel coronavirus disease is under control in Uttar Pradesh. Yogi government claimed that the efforts are continuously paying off. On Thursday, the Yogi government has released the corona cases data of 24 hours in the state.
According to the data released by the government, there have been a new 17775 infected cases in the last 24 hours. The government said that the case is continuously declining. At the same time, the recovery rate is increasing. The recovery rate has been recorded at 86 percent. In the last 24 hours, 19425 infected patients have been cured and discharged from various hospitals. There are a total of 204658 corona active cases in the state.
Team-09, constituted for Covid-19 management, said that in the last 24 hours, 281 patients have died due to deadly virus.
At the same time, 856 fresh cases of Covid-19 have been found in Lucknow in the last 24 hours and 2432 patients got healthy and discharged. It is worth mentioning that Meerut has got the highest number of 1070 new cases in the state.
