Lucknow: Members of the Non-Governmental Organisation [NGO] Sankalp Sevaka have distributed water bottles and towels to the rickshaw pullers at Novelty crossing near Lalbagh in Lucknow on Saturday.
With the rising of the scorching heat, members of the NGO decided not to dole out empty water bottles rather filled them with the juice.
Sandhya Saxena, one of the members of the NGO told that we doled out water bottles and stoles especially to those rickshaw pullers who are old.
Nisha Mishra, another member of the NGO informed The Lucknow Journal that the locals and shop keepers near by the distrubtion point have supported our goodwill work.
Other members of the NGO Surjit Singh, Bhagwati Sanwal, Alka, Tanu Pandey, Hema Pandey Ajit Singh, Sudhir Katiyar, Sudhanshu Dey and Yash Pandey too participated in the distribution program.
