Lucknow, 30 September: Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh will give government job to the wife of deceased businessman Manish Gupta of Kanpur.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made this announcement during a meeting with the victim’s family in Kanpur on Thursday.
During a conversation with the family members, the Chief Minister said that along with consoling, he announced to be given a job. Kanpur district administration has been instructed to prepare a proposal to increase the compensation amount and send it to the government.
A government spokesperson said that Manish Gupta’s wife would be given the job of OSD in the Kanpur Development Authority (KDA).
The district administration has also been asked to propose to increase the relief amount by 10 lakhs. The government is with the bereaved family. Strict action will be taken against the culprits.
