Rae Bareli, 18 December: The Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav is on a two-day visit to Rae Bareli. The party workers who reached the city to support Akhilesh Yadav at rally have allegedly beaten up a man mercilessly.
Not only this, they misbehaved with the people and did not even give way to the ambulance. The video of the youth being assaulted by the goons of the SP is going viral at several social media platforms.
SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav is in Rae Bareli on a two-day visit. Akhilesh Yadav’s Vijay Rath Yatra was going from Lucknow Prayagraj road when a youth was coming from Munshiganj towards Rae Bareli.
Meanwhile, supporters standing to welcome Akhilesh Yadav started thrashing the young man on some issue. The young man was beaten so savagely that he collapsed on the road in a bloodshot.
Later, he was admitted to the district hospital in an unconscious state. The youth has not been identified. Not only had this, after the fight, the supporters also stopped the ambulance.
According to Dr Santosh Singh of the district hospital, the youth has suffered a head injury. The situation is serious. No identity card etc. has been found from the youth. This video of the assault went viral in public through social media.
