Kanpur, January 28: The MBA batch 2020-22 of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur recorded 100% placements. This is the highest height of all the previous records set by the MBA program.
Adding to the stellar saga of placements in the first phase of placements of the IIT Kanpur in December last year, the MBA program under the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering (IME) has registered an astonishing 100 percent placement for the outgoing batch students of 2020-22.
The MBA program in the IIT Kanpur received a total of 61 offers from 35 visiting companies for 55 students, apart from 11 pre-placement offers/interviews (PPOs/PPIs). This is the highest height of all the previous records set by the MBA program.
Professor Abhay Karandikar, Director, IIT Kanpur said, โOur MBA program under the Department of IME has been at the forefront of keeping in mind the industry trends and nurturing future leaders for the country.
