Lucknow, February 17: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Lucknow’s Sarojininagar Assembly on Thursday to address a public meeting for the BJP candidate Rajeshwar Singh.
Yogi appealed to the public to make the BJP candidate win with huge votes.
Addressing the public meeting, he said that the new Uttar Pradesh of a new India is in front of all of us today. Fear, panic, riots, curfew were the hallmarks of the Uttar Pradesh before 2017.
He said that when there were riots inside the state, curfew was imposed for months, there was chaos.
Attacking the Samajwadi Party (SP), Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the SP did not have any action plan regarding the development of 25 crore people in Uttar Pradesh. He said that how would there be an action plan. The Chief Minister of that time used to wake up at 12 o’clock. They were ready by two o’clock. By four o’clock his friend circle would come. So he had no time for the state and uncle was very expert in recovery. There was an appointment.
CM Yogi said that if you want to see all these relationships of uncle-nephews of Mahabharata, then they will be seen inside the Samajwadi Party. That’s why I will thank Aparna Yadav that in time she separated herself from there.
Yogi said that you are living in this Sarojininagar area. This is a newly developed area. If we went to Western Uttar Pradesh and Central Uttar Pradesh, daughters could not go to school. Before sunset each trader was forced to close his trading establishment and go to his home. The merchant was fleeing. Professional rioters and mafia were flourishing inside the state under the protection of power. Today, Uttar Pradesh, after five years, is free from fear, free from riots, free from curfew, free from anarchy. Now there is no curfew in Uttar Pradesh, the spectacular Kanwar Yatra comes out.
He said that this is the same Uttar Pradesh where big mafia used to become the disciples of power. No one could tame his hair.
He said that you must have seen that our government does not only do development. Our government has also used bulldozers.
He said that Sabka Saath and only development of Saifai family was the slogan for SP.
