Mathura, March 22: Revision hearing was held on Tuesday in the court of District Judge Rajiv Bharti regarding Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case.
Four defendants’ advocates and plaintiff’s advocates were present in the court. After one-and-a-half hours of debate, the next hearing of the case will be held on April 6.
It may be mentioned that two years ago on September 25, Krishna devotee Ranjana Agnihotri filed the first petition in the court as a devotee regarding the ownership of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. Not only this, from time to time, the plaintiff and the respondent advocate appeared in the court and presented their side.
In the said case on Tuesday, the Idgah Committee presented its stand in the court of District Judge Rajeev Bharti on the basis of submission of the suit.
Giving information about this, Idgah Committee’s advocate and Secretary Tanveer Ahmed said that the trial court has dismissed the suit filed by Ranjana Agnihotri etc., whose revision has been done in the district judge’s court. We argued on behalf of the Idgah Committee after arguing for about one and a half hours in the court. Our argument in the court is still on.
Advocate Mukesh Khandelwal, who was present in the court on behalf of Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Samiti, also argued. He said that the court has fixed April 6 for the next hearing.
