CM Yogi sets target of providing 5 crore jobs in next 5 years

Lucknow, March 28: The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is going to give the biggest return gift of victory to the youth of the state. The government has announced to provide 20 thousand government jobs and 50 thousand employment opportunities to the youth in 100 days.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is in action after taking oath in the second innings. He has set a target of providing self-employment to five crore people in UP in the next five years. His resolve is to take forward the youth and fulfill the resolve of providing employment.

A spokesperson of the state government said that Uttar Pradesh is developing as an employment center with new dimensions being written by the Yogi government’s policies of providing employment. In giving employment and self-employment opportunities to the youth, the government did not leave any stone unturned even in the earlier tenure. We provided employment to the youth by promoting startups and industrial units.

โ€œThe MSME and ODOP scheme worked to convert the talent and skills of the youth into employment. After skill mapping of workers and laborers, employment was also given to them,โ€ he added.

The spokesperson said that the Yogi government has now finalized the plan to provide government jobs opportunities to the youth without discrimination and corruption in the second innings. Instructions have been given to keep honesty and cleanliness on priority in the recruitments. Instructions have also been given to open startups at district and divisional level so that youth can get employment.

The spokesperson stated that in the last tenure, the Yogi government has given 2.5 crore jobs and 5 lakh government jobs to the youth.
