LUCKNOW, 04 APRIL: The first ‘Janta Darshan’ of Yogi Sarkar 2.0 started from Monday at the residence of the Chief Minister at Panch Kalidas Marg.
On the first day in the Janata Darshan, which kicked off after the conclusion of the assembly elections, 450 complainants reached to meet CM Yogi.
Ajit Pal Singh, Minister of State in the State Government, took the application of every complainant, listened to their problems in turn and assured them of disposal. The need for redressal of complaints related to revenue (land disputes) and police department at the local level was emphasized.
On not receiving a single complaint of free ration distribution and wheat procurement, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that this proves that the public welfare schemes of the state government are running properly.
He directed the officers to listen seriously to the problems of the people and get them resolved. Negligence in this at any level will not be forgivable.
On the first day in the Janta Darshan, which started after the elections on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Minister of State Ajit Pal Singh listened to the problems of the people coming from different parts of the state in turn and assured them of getting their applications resolved. Most of the 450 complaints received on the first day were of minor nature.
Minister of State, Singh assured that the Chief Minister is serious about redressal of public grievances in a time bound manner and has also given strict instructions in this direction. He said that all complaints would be uploaded on the portal and all complaints would be resolved within a month. Before that, the concerned departments or districts have also been asked to submit a report in a week.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi, the roster of ministers who will hear in the public darshan has been fixed. Minister of State Ajit Pal Singh will hear the grievances of the people on Monday. Minister Baldev Singh Aulakh will also be present to hear the complaint. For the rest of the day, other ministers will remain present and listen to the grievances of the people. Chief Minister Yogi will also be present in the public darshan at regular intervals.
