LUCKNOW, 06 APRIL: In the ongoing examination of the UP Board on Wednesday, there was an examination of high school English in the first shift and computer, agriculture, botany, agricultural economics in the second shift.
However, in these examinations, 2, 54,650 were absent in the first shift, while in the second shift, 3474 children left the examination. A total of 2, 58,124 remained absent in both the shifts.
According to the information given by the secretary of the Board of Secondary Education, the total number of registered students was 2, 69,128. In that, 24, 36,628 students were present in it while 2, 54,650 students were absent.
At the same time, the total number of registered students in the second shift was 58,800. Out of which 55,328 students were present. While 3474 students were absent. The total number of registered students in both the shifts together stood at 2,75,0078.
The number of students present in it was 24, 91,954. While 2, 58,124 students remained absent. A total of 26 students were caught using unfair means. In this, 22 boys and two girls in high school and two boys in intermediate were caught copying. So far 101 copycats have been caught in the state.
