Lucknow: Tejas Express to run 6 days a week from Wednesday

Lucknow, 03 May: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will operate Tejas Express running from Lucknow Junction to New Delhi six days a week from May 04 (Wednesday) in view of the overcrowding of passengers. This will give great relief to the travellers during the summer holidays.

According to the IRCTC, 82501/82502 Lucknow-New Delhi-Lucknow Tejas Express running in Up-Down between Lucknow Junction to New Delhi from 04 May to 18 July except every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, It will run six days a week on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This will give relief to the travelers during the summer holidays.

However, at present, long waiting is going on in many trains coming from Delhi to Lucknow, hence the demand for Tejas Express has increased.
