India: Over 88% adult population fully vaccinated against Covid-19

New Delhi, May 28: So far, 88 percent of the adult population of the country has been vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 responsible virus for global pandemic Coivd-19.

Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya gave this information by tweeting on Saturday. He said that 88 percent of the adult population of the country has been fully immunized. Everyone deserves congratulations for this.

He said that even after applying the anti-coronavirus vaccine, people have to be careful. Keep behaving like Coronavirus still exist. This includes wearing a mask and taking care of hand hygiene.

It is noteworthy that a total of 193.13 crore doses of vaccine have been given in the country so far. Booster doses are also being given under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
