Lucknow, August 30: The Police have recovered a suicide note in connection with an attempt to commit suicide by Vishambhar Dayal, private secretary to Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department, Rajnish Dubey. It is written in it that he was going through a lot of tension regarding a case, due to which he took this step, the police said.
ACP Hazratganj Raghavendra Mishra said that Vishambhar Dayal shot himself in room number 825 of his office located on the eighth floor of Bapu Bhavan. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment by the staff present on the spot.
Meanwhile, the police reached as the information reached to it and did a thorough investigation with the forensic team. The police recovered a revolver, mobile in working condition and a suicide note from the spot.
The ACP said that the youth has written in the suicide note that his (Vishambhar Dayal) sister was having a dispute with her in-laws, in which the case was also registered. Because of this he was running under stress and that is why he shot himself with his revolver. The ACP said that the matter is being seriously investigated by the Inspector General of Police, Lucknow.
