Allahabad HC fixes Nov 17 for the hearing of the outbreak of Dengue-Malaria cases across UP

Prayagraj, 06 November: Hearing was held in Allahabad High Court on Monday in the case of increasing outbreak of dengue and malaria.

During this, information was presented in the court by the Health Department.

The court has directed the petitioners to file the necessary information presented by the government in the court through an affidavit.

A division bench of Chief Justice Pritinkar Diwakar and Justice Ajay Bhanot is hearing the case. The division bench had taken suo motu cognizance of the case.

After this, the UP government was asked to submit the report on November 6. As soon as the hearing began on Monday, the Additional Chief Permanent Advocate told the court that information regarding the outbreak of mosquito-borne diseases had come from the Additional Director of Health and Family Welfare. He wanted to submit this report to the court, but the court did not accept it.

The court said that the report of the Additional Director should be filed on the affidavit.

The court has fixed November 17 for the hearing of this case.
