Lucknow, March 28: The last Friday of the month of Ramzan, i.e., Alvida ki namaz, has concluded peacefully in Uttar Pradesh. After the completion of the namaz peacefully, the police-administration is now busy preparing for the Muslim festival Eid.
Amid the vigilance of the police, the district and police administration remained alert to conduct the Alvida ki namaz peacefully across the state today. A three-tier security system was put in place to conduct the Alvida Juma namaz in the Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal district and the namaz was concluded in harmony. In view of the namaz, Sambhal was divided into 11 zones and 28 sectors. A heavy force was deployed along with 29 sector magistrates.
District Magistrate Rajendra Pensiya said that all the people maintained cooperation and harmony, thanks and best wishes to everyone for this. Similar security arrangements will be maintained for Eid as well and everyone’s full cooperation will be received. Apart from Sambhal, the farewell prayers of Ramzan were offered peacefully in all the districts including Lucknow, Muzaffarnagar, Rampur.
