Ayodhya, January 18: The idol of Shri Ram Lalla installed in the ‘garbha- griha’ (sanctum sanctorum) of the newly-constructed Shri Ram temple located at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya on the third day of the ongoing rituals i.e. after 12:30 pm on Thursday.
The main resolution was taken by host Anil Mishra and his wife Usha at 01:20 pm.
During this time the entire Shri Ram temple complex kept resonating with the sound of Vedic mantras. After this, the ritual of water residence of the idol of Shri Ram Lalla was completed in a ritual manner.
According to Acharya Arun Dixit, the ritual started with Pradhan Sankalp and Ganesh-Ambika puja as per the Muhurta and then division of duties of the Acharyas along with Varun puja, clothes-vessels etc., total 6 Ramayanas including Valmiki, Adhyatmik, Bhusundi, Ramcharitmanas.
He told that six acharyas were also selected for the recitation. During this, the first host of the life consecration ritual of Shri Ram Lalla, Anil Mishra and his wife Usha Mishra were entered into the pavilion. After Vaastu puja and worship of the deities present in all the pillars of the mandap, the rituals were completed with the Jaldhivas of the idol of Shri Ram Lalla.
