Ayodhya, 30 September: Shri Ram Stambh, made of pinksand stone, will reach Karsevakpuram in Ayodhya on Sunday, October 1, after inscribing the episodes of Valmiki Ramayana in regional languages, and installing it at marked places on the Ramvan Gaman Marg which will be worshiped by chanting of the Vedic mantras.
VHP’s media in-charge Sharad Sharma said on Saturday that a free artificial organ distribution camp is being run continuously by Ashok Sinhal Foundation since 27th September, the birth anniversary of VHP patron Late Ashok Sinhal. The camp will conclude on October 1, in which the saints along with the religious leaders as well as the administrative staff will be participating. Officers and beneficiary disabled persons will be present.
He added, in this, hundreds of disabled people will be given tricycles, wheel chairs, crutches, hearing aids and artificial limbs.
He said that this social work is being appreciated everywhere, the blessings of saints and senior citizens are also being received in organizing the camp every year. Due to which the organizing team and the workers engaged in the arrangements are being continuously encouraged.
He told that before the conclusion of the camp on October 1, at 12 noon, the Shri Ram Stambh will also be worshiped at Karsekpuram on reaching Ayodhya Dham by Ashok Sinhal Foundation in the special presence of Saint Dharmacharyas and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust General Secretary Champat Rai and distinguished people. After that, the process of installing the pillar in the courtyard of Maniparvat and placing it on Shri Ram Van Gaman Marg will begin.
He told that the pillar made of pinksand stones has been placed in a big equipped truck and left from Rajasthan along with the workers on Saturday afternoon. The height of the pillar is 15 feet and width is three to four feet.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra member and Mahant of Nirmohi Akhara, Dinendra Das Maharaj, who reached the camp today, was honored by giving him the Ram Mandir model and a book written on late Ashok Sinhal.
