Ayodhya Sub Inspector in traffic police dies, doctors suspects cardiac arrest

Ayodhya, 11 November: Sub Inspector (SI) Yogendra Prasad (54) posted in Traffic Police, living in the residence located in Reserve Police Line, died on Monday.

The doctors of the district hospital declared him dead. After that the police has sent the body for post-mortem. His family in Deoria has been informed about the matter.

Assistant Sub Inspector Ramesh Singh immediately took him to the district hospital when he fell ill. On taking him to the hospital, the doctor posted on emergency duty declared him dead. The doctor has suspected death due to heart attack.

SP Traffic Ayodhya Prasad Singh said that the post-mortem of the body will be done after the arrival of the family members.

After the death of the sub-inspector, the information of the case has been given to the officials and his family members living in Deoria.

On receiving the information, the family has left for Ayodhya. The district hospital administration says that the body has been kept in the mortuary for post-mortem.
