Badaun, March 20: District Magistrate Manoj Kumar on Wednesday has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the case of death of accused Sajid in an encounter after the murder of two brothers in the district late Tuesday evening.
The District Magistrate has nominated the City Magistrate for investigation and has given instructions to complete the magisterial investigation within 15 days and provide its report. It is noteworthy that murder accused Sajid had murdered two real brothers Ahaan and Ayush by slitting their throats in Baba Colony located near Mandi Samiti police post of Civil Lines police station. After this incident, the police killed the accused Sajid in an encounter. Meanwhile, the team is busy searching for his absconding brother Javed. However, the police have detained Sajid’s uncle and father.
Killer’s wife denies being pregnant.
Statement has come from Sana, wife of Sajid, who was killed in the encounter that killed two children. She said that she has been in her maternal home for 15 days. She also denied that she was pregnant and said that she didn’t know why Sajid did this.
Murder accused Sajid’s mother Nazima is not sad about her son’s death but is quite saddened by this incident.Â
She said that there is no sorrow over the death of his son in the encounter. It is sad that Sajid murdered innocent children. Wrong action has similar consequences.
