New Delhi, 26 October: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has made many serious allegations on Congress candidate from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat Priyanka Gandhi.
On Saturday, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia, in a press conference held at the party headquarters, called Priyanka Gandhi’s affidavit an example of corruption. He said that Priyanka Gandhi has hidden the details of her property from the people.
Gaurav Bhatia said that the Constitution and law apply equally to everyone. Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi have cheated the public. The Supreme Court has said that any person will give information about his property and crime record in the affidavit. It is the public’s right to know this. Despite this, information about the National Herald case has not been given in the affidavit. Rahul Gandhi has kept 2 lakh 462 shares through a trust. This is a share of Young India. Priyanka Gandhi also holds a share in it.
He said that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s husband has claimed to be a partner in three companies whereas he is a partner in five companies. The Gandhi family should keep their word on this and tell the truth to the people. He said that Bunty and Babli have come to loot people. If someone gives wrong information then he has no right to contest the election.
It is worth mentioning that the seat from which Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is contesting the election, Rahul Gandhi was the MP from this seat earlier. After he vacated this seat, the Congress party has made Priyanka Gandhi the candidate.
