Central govt employees to get half day leave on the day of Shri Ram Mandir ‘Pran-Pratishtha’ ceremony

New Delhi, 18 January: The Central Government has announced to remain closed (half day) of all Central Government offices, Central Institutions and Central Industrial Establishments across the country till 2:30 pm on January 22 on the occasion of the ‘Pran-Pratishtha’ ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

In this regard, an office memorandum has been issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

It said that on January 22, employees are being given leave till 2.30 pm to participate in the Ram Janmabhoomi Pran Pratishtha Utsav.

It is noteworthy that the country is preparing to celebrate this life anniversary like a festival.

The Prime Minister has appealed to the people to celebrate Diwali on this day and make the country bright.
