CM Yogi holds ‘Janta Darshan’ in Lucknow, gives necessary instructions to officials

Lucknow, April 17: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the officials that all the officers should sit in the office from 10 am and listen to the public complaints. Local complaints should be resolved at the district level only. Only those problems which are to be resolved at the government level should be sent here.

Chief Minister said that the aim of the government is to bring a smile on the face of every victim by providing justice.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath heard the problems of more than 125 persons from different districts of the state in the ‘Janta Darshan’ program at his government residence on Thursday and directed the officials to resolve them.

Chief Minister also gave electronic charging walking stick to two youths who came from Chandauli in the ‘Janta Darbar’. Also, the children who came with their parents were consoled and fed by taking them in their lap and also given chocolates.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that resolving problems is the special priority of the government. He told the officers to take the problems of the public seriously and sensitively and ensure their quick and satisfactory solution.

Chief Minister said that the aim of the government is to bring a smile on the face of every victim by providing them justice. Many cases including police, revenue, medical assistance, pension, road construction came up in the Janta Darbar, on which the Chief Minister directed the concerned officials to take immediate action after taking the application.

Two disabled youths from Chandauli also came to the Janta Darbar with their problems. The Chief Minister heard their problems and then directed the officials to resolve them. The Chief Minister provided electronic charging walking sticks to Rajesh and Chandrashekhar of Chandauli. During this time, children also came with some victims, seeing whom the Chief Minister caressed, fed them by taking them in his lap and also gave chocolates.

Application given to officers, instructions for timely disposal The Chief Minister handed over the applications of public complaints to the senior officers of the government present in the Janta Darbar and instructed for its timely disposal. While the DGP was directed to resolve the complaints related to police, he asked the Chairman of the Revenue Board to take action in revenue related matters. The Chief Minister assured all the victims that the problem would be solved by taking appropriate action on their applications.

Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister) SP Goyal, Principal Secretary (Home/Chief Minister) Sanjay Prasad, Director General of Police Prashant Kumar, Chairman of Revenue Board Anil Kumar and many other top officials were also present in the Janta Darshan program.
