Ayodhya, January 24: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday attacked the opposition while addressing an election meeting at Palia intersection of Haringtonganj for the by-election to the Milkipur assembly seat of Ramnagari Ayodhya.
He said that the devotees of Moin Khan should not be allowed to win the election. These people who have given Moin Khan a place of pride and respect are a threat to the safety of daughters.
Chief Minister Adityanath said that Ayodhya Dham has only one message. This country will remain united only with unity. Maha Kumbh also has the same message, this country will remain together only with unity.
He said that we people took the benefit of virtue by bathing in Prayagraj Maha Kumbh. The sequence of devotees coming there from the country and the world continues. In these 10 days, 10 crore people have bathed in Maha Kumbh. The population of many countries is not even 10 crores. In the next 35 days, 45 crore people, devotees and followers will reach there and take the benefits of virtue. The population of 200 countries of the world is not 45 crores. We, the people of Uttar Pradesh, are fortunate Indians.
He said that it is written in the Vedas that it is rare to be born in India. People of every caste and class are taking the benefits of virtue in Maha Kumbh.
The Chief Minister said that the politics of division has played with your faith. By doing the politics of dynasty, they thought only about their family, did not care for the public. Earlier there used to be Ambedkar Nagar in this district. Dr. Lohia was born there. He had said that those who get involved in the matter of property and progeny are not socialists.
Today’s socialists are only involved in the matter of property, the empty plot is ours. They have been occupying it and putting flags there. Their flag was to save the criminal mafia. They do not have sympathy for any poor person.
He said that the President of Samajwadi Party is spreading propaganda about Maha Kumbh every day. This propaganda is an attack on the faith of India. When Ramlala was enthroned on January 22, 2024, even then Samajwadi Party opposed it. The hands of this Samajwadi Party are stained with the blood of innocent kar sevaks.
On the development of Ayodhya, the Chief Minister said that when we named Ayodhya International Airport after Maharishi Valmiki, Samajwadi Party opposed that too. When we worked to develop Lalapur, the birthplace of Maharishi Valmiki, Samajwadi Party opposed that too. When we did the development work of Rajapur, the birthplace of Saint Tulsidas, Samajwadi Party opposed that too.
When our government did the beautification work of Maharaja Bijli Pasi’s fort in Lucknow, SP opposed that too. When our government developed the Vijay Smarak of Maharaja Suheldev in Bahraich, SP opposed that too. Samajwadi Party opposes Baba Saheb. Opposes Ramlala in Ayodhya. Kashi opposes Vishwanath.
