Gorakhpur, October 9: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be engaged in rituals and worship for three days continuously. On the evening of Ashtami (Thursday) he will participate in the traditional Nisha Puja at Goraksha Peeth while on Friday the Navami Tithi, he will perform the ritual of Kanya Pooja.

After the completion of Navratri, on the day of Dussehra, Yogi will lead the ‘Vijayadashami’ procession from the Gorakhnath temple after special worship.

Chaudhary Kaifulwara, outgoing chairman of Uttar Pradesh Urdu Academy, who has been welcoming the Vijayadashami procession for three generations, told that on the day of Dussehra, the entire city waits for the Vijayadashami procession of Gorakhnath Temple, but the most enthusiasm is seen in those from the minority community.

He said that at a little distance from the main gate of the temple, we stand before hours with flower garlands to welcome Yogi Adityanath, the head of the Gorakhnath temple. Preparations are being made to welcome the procession this time too. In fact, when the procession of Yogi Adityanath stops for the welcome from the minority community, the picture of social harmony is spectacular.
