Lucknow, February 17: Before the budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the newly-designed main entry of the Vidhan Bhavan on Monday. On this occasion, various murals were also unveiled in the assembly premises.
This work has been completed in order to make the Legislative Assembly hi-tech and more artistic. The newly created murals depict the historical events and political system of India. Various incidents from the Gita are also depicted in these, due to which the Vidhan Bhavan has started looking even more grand and attractive. Earlier there used to be a wooden gate, which has now been replaced with a state-of-the-art and carved steel strong gate.
The Legislative Assembly is becoming hi-tech and artistically strong
Continuous work is being done for the beautification and modernization of the Legislative Assembly. Special attention is being paid to making the Legislative Assembly technically advanced as well as historically and culturally rich.
Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana, Leader of the House Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, Leader of the Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey and Congress leader Aradhana Mishra ‘Mona’ were present at the event.
An all-party meeting was also held after the event, in which prominent leaders of the ruling party and the opposition were present.
