Lucknow, 13 April: According to the Department of Health, 18021 fresh cases of Covid-19 have been detected within 24 hours. While 13685 new infections were found on Monday, their number increased to 4336 on Tuesday.
The second strain of the global pandemic coronavirus disease is spreading rapidly across Uttar Pradesh. In view of the pandemic, the situation in the month of April is getting worse day by day, however whatever concrete steps are being taken to prevent the spread of the virus, the government has already initiated.
Chief Minister’s OSD corona infected
Abhishek Yadav, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has been found corona infected. At the same time, the reports of 11 doctors of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Hospital and 40 employees of Doordarshan Kendra Lucknow have come Covid positive.
Apart from these, three medical staff is also infected. BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP from UP Sanjay Seth has been infected with the virus.
It is noteworthy that 18,021 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the last 24 hours across Uttar Pradesh. In these too, the figure of Lucknow has crossed five thousand. At the same time, 3892 infected were found on Monday, and Tuesday, number of cases has surfaced is 5382.
